MEMBERS OPEN EVENING

An evening for CSSA members at Taylor Wessing’s Auditorium & Cloud 9 Facilities. This Industry subject and social gathering will feature a welcome from CSSA’s chairman, Doug Cook, followed by a presentation by our Key Note speaker, Sean Nesbit.

Sean is a creative commercial advisor and litigator on employment issues, often with an international element, including immigration. He leads the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group internationally and has extensive experience of employment law in the context of commercial transactions, including outsourcings and international reorganisations. He advises on collective redundancies and consultation, as well as individual employment disputes (particularly with an international context or complex benefits issues).

He has been helping support services businesses since the early 90’s, having acted in the first wave of TUPE litigation when we came to understand what EU rules mean. He is recognised by Legal 500, Chambers and New City Media as an expert in the employment field and has written the chapter on Transfers of Undertakings in Sweet & Maxwell’s Encyclopaedia of Employment Law.
