Meet the the Rising Star Awards leading the way
The people shaping the future of professional cleaning, and what the judges saw in them.

Rising Stars celebrates people early in their careers who are already raising the bar. This year's finalists come from every corner of the industry, from frontline operatives and supervisors to account managers and specialists.
What the judges looked for
Every nomination was judged on the same four things:
- Impact. A clear difference made to a site, a team or a customer.
- Initiative. Going beyond the job description to solve a problem.
- Growth. Learning quickly and taking on more responsibility.
- People. Supporting and lifting the colleagues around them.
Stories that stood out
The judges heard about new starters who rewrote site procedures, supervisors who cut staff turnover by listening to their teams, and specialists who brought new technology onto sites and trained others to use it.
Every one of these finalists has a story the rest of the industry can learn from.
What happens next
Finalists will be recognised at our Annual Celebration Event on 10 November in London, and in member spotlights through the year. Spotlights rotate, so every member gets a turn.
