Accessibility statement
Our commitment to a website everyone can use, and how to tell us when it falls short.
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Our standard
We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Text and colour combinations are checked against WCAG contrast ratios
- Body text is never smaller than 16px on screen
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
- Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion
- Images have text alternatives where they carry meaning
- Pages use clear headings and plain language
Known limitations
Some older documents, such as PDFs, may not be fully accessible. Content provided by third parties may not always meet the same standard. If you need information in a different format, email us and we will help.
Report a problem
If you find something on this site that is hard to use, email admin@cssa-uk.co.uk. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will get back to you.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
